Paul V. Dugan, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University in 1989 and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1993. Upon graduation he joined his father's practice in August of 1993 and now concentrates his proactive in the area of workers compensation claims and personal
injury litigation such as injuries and/or wrongful deaths resulting from auto accidents, slip and falls, trucking accidents, etc. He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. He has dedicated his practice to personally representing those who have suffered and to do all he can to ensure those persons are awarded what they are due under the law.
