About Dugan & Dugan
Paul V. Dugan Sr.received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in 1961 and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1964. He is a former Assistant District Attorney of Wichita and has been in private practice since 1967.
He has also served as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives and Lieutenant Governor of Kansas. He specializes in estate planning which includes wills, probate law, living trusts, power of attorney, living wills and other estate tax and planning matters. In addition he previously engaged in personal injury and workers compensation and now assists Paul V. Dugan Jr. in personal injury trials and consults with him in workers compensation cases. He is currently a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.
Paul V. Dugan, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University in 1989 and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1993. Upon graduation he joined his father's practice in August of 1993 and now concentrates his proactive in the area of workers compensation claims and personal injury litigation such as injuries and/or wrongful deaths resulting from auto accidents, slip and falls, trucking accidents, etc.
He is a member of the Wichita Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association. He has dedicated his practice to personally representing those who have suffered and to do all he can to ensure those persons are awarded what they are due under the law.
